I’ve lost 160 lbs so far through diet and exercise and am always on the lookout for low-carb, low-fat, high-protein foods. This cereal fits the bill nicely. It doesn’t taste like Grape Nuts (which is fine with me since I don’t really like Grape Nuts) and it’s not break-your-teeth hard, either. It looks (and tastes) like toasted TVP. I wonder if I could just buy TVP and toast it myself? I’ll have to try that sometime.

I like to mix it half and half with Kashi Go Lean original flavor with my Greek yoghurt and berries.

Was very impressed with this cereal. The 25 grams of protein are amazing and I get it at my local Whole Foods. The smaller health food stores should stock it too. I eat a bowl at 9:00am and I don’t get hungry until 3:00pm!

Read a report that whole soy helps to absorb fats and cholesterol in the small intestine so it literally soaks up fat before your body can absorb it!

Start out with 1/4 cup of Nutlettes. I began with one-half cup. They swelled up with the milk and seem to grow in the mug as I ate frantically to finish them. I fell behind as they inched their way up my coffee mug. I’m diabetic and Weight Watchers so I was thrilled to get any cereal at all. Now I’ll approach Nutlettes cautiously, but happily.
